Having an ileostomy is life saving but when it prolapses it can be hard to get over it, John talks about his experience getting over multiple prolapses, discusses his mindset and training tools he has put in place to prevent further ostomy issues arising. John has made it his life's mission to help people know you don't have to lead a limited life because of Crohn's Disease or having an ileostomy.

I’m a 30 something year old dad, who happens to be an Exercise Rehabilitation Therapist and I have Crohns disease. I am helping my friends at Crohns Colitis UK to reach people and put their minds at ease when thinking about life with Crohns disease.
