How You Speak To Yourself Determines Your Future with Author Tracy Hermes

Tracy Hermes is the author of Wizardly Wit and Wisdom and a deliberate creator guided by divine inspiration. She leads, loves, uplifts others, and lives a purposeful life. Tracy began her healing journey at 20 years old when she realized that the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about herself could change. She decided to define a vision of the future rather than who she thought she was.

Today, Tracy and I have an in-depth conversation about how she got to a place of self-acceptance, found self-love to create, and now shares her gifts and light with the rest of the world. Tracy also illustrates why she considers herself a “deliberate creator,” details the power of habits — which Tracy says is the key to success — and shares tips for finding gratitude in everything, especially when life gets hard.
