Be still

Still means not moving,not making a sound . synonym of sti:ll quietness quiet quietude silence stillness hush soundlessness noiselessness calmness calm tranquility peace peacefulness peace and quiet .opposite:noise(Google).In the scripture the word still is used mutiple times and in some scriptures it's not a direct word like when Jehoshaphat was surrounded by enemies,he was told by God,take your position (position of been still, worshipping God and trusting for his deliverance.Moses was told by God to tell the Israelites to be still when they were in middle of valley of death (pharaoh and chariots and red sea).As we go through this episode I pray the Holy Spirit will empower us to be still, peaceful, increase in faith,as we trust in God for our situations.
