Mark H is from from Dallas Texas, he is leading a big book study covering steps 5-9, this was recorded in San Diego in 1994 at an unknown event. Mark was a very prolific circuit speaker for many years. This also feels like he is cut off mid sentence at the end, from what I understand this is all there was recorded, by the time we get there he has covered the vast majority of the subject.
