THE FEED: Jurassic Fun, Fall Festivals, and Mermaids!

Every Friday in The Feed Kevin and Jenna talk to Megan from CampByMama.com about all the great things to do in Connecticut with the family.

1. Jurassic Quest is roaring into Mohegan Sun Earth Expo & Convention Center in Uncasville, CT! All weekend long. Don’t miss life size T. Rex, Sky-Scraping dinosaurs, one of a kind walking dinosaurs.Purchase tickets online.

2. Fall Festival on the zoo farm at Action Wild Life in Goshen. Hayride, Corn pit, Petting zoo, Tire sandbox, Giant hay Slide. The 2023 season begins September 23rd 10am-5pm every Saturday- Sunday! Gates lock at 6pm. Every admission includes a hay ride, pumpkin of choice from field & all of our activities! New animals are arriving for Fall including ostrich’s, baby water buffalo.

3. The Discover Boating Norwalk Boat Show will return to the Norwalk Cove Marina this wknd. The show features the newest model boats, accessories and more!

4. Terrain in Westport. Join the in harvest season at their annual Autumn Bounty Festival! Live demos, live music, local artisan makers, and more. This event is free and open to the public.

5. Mermaids are returning to Mystic all weekend. Encounter an aquatic wonder like never before mermaids at the Mystic Aquarium! Seeing a real mermaid can be a dream come true for many children (and adults)! For two long weekends at the end of September, discover the magic of mermaids as they swirl through the waters of our Caribbean Reef habitat.
