Jackie, one of the most non-jewish Jews I've ever met, comes over to my apartment to meet both my mom and me for the first time. A few months back, I went to the closing show of "Wicked" at the Pantages Theatre, met the green witch, Elphaba, and couldn't wait to meet the powerhouse in person.
