Amelia discusses the reason behind setting up The Neurodiverse Lawyer Project. as well her experience going through the training contract application process as an autistic and dyspraxic neurodiverse candidate.

Amelia provides actionable advice for how to request reasonable adjustments, what to ask for, and what more that law firms could be doing to improve inclusion and diversity.
