#10 Getting Started with Hiring When You Run a Coaching/Consulting Business – The First Steps

If you are an ambitious coach serious about scaling your impact, your daily work should ultimately only consist of 3 parts:

• Your delivery of your expertise
  
• Enrollment of new clients and community members (yes, I believe you should still take care of sales in this stage!!)
  
• “Think-time” to sharpen and develop your expertise and mission

If you are getting stuck with improving your website, running your Facebook Ads, replying to all emails, doing the back-end of your podcasts, creating small designs on Canva, editing your videos, managing all the social media accounts (It’s a bit overwhelming just writing all this out…!) WHEN will you have the time to actually focus on the real needle movers in your business?

Hiring support feels scary, especially in the beginning. In this episode I’ll break down the first steps you can take already today to start preparing your coaching/consulting business to take on talents and support team.

It doesn’t have to be massive, costly or even that risky. You can start from where you are.
