Smokin' Ed Currie of Puckerbutt Pepper Company on creating the world's hottest pepper

Smokin' Ed Currie from PuckerButt Pepper Company comes on the Craft Hot Sauce podcast. Ed Currie is the creator of the Carolina Reaper pepper and grows the hottest peppers in the world. He held the Guinness World Record for the hottest pepper ever grown and will be the first person to have the record with two different peppers. On the podcast we talk about his background, how he breeds and creates the world's hottest peppers, the elements of a good mash and much more.
