So she set out to create what she calls an “anti shop”—a place where independent design thrives and all products are made ethically and sustainably. Before starting LSG, Lisa worked as an account executive and then as a buyer for Nasty Gal, where she was in charge of sourcing dresses, outerwear, and sweaters.
