The Citizen Record reported on Thursday, June 7, 1934: “4 MEMBERS OF MURDER SYNDICATE WHO FINALLY KILLED ‘DURABLE’ MALLOY DIE IN CHAIR TONIGHT – At Sing Sing Prison tonight, in the little room with the horrible chair, the Bronx murder syndicate will sit down to death.
