The challenge with traditional education is that it attempts to use a one-size-fits-all approach. The result is that some will always be marginalized in the process because individuals have different styles and paces of learning.

We teach to the problem, not the tool, which allows for continuous course corrections along their journey so they can learn in real time and at their own pace.

The result is an African team that punches above its weight despite the inherent challenges they face daily in Africa.
