We all know it’s the thief of joy as they say but we still get caught up in that shit anyways. I talk about pushing yourself through To keep things simple we'll focus on these key topics: 🥇 Just Do It! There are times you might really want to try something new in life. You might want to start a new career, you might have an interest in doing something creative on the side. You might be in a creative role already but want to move on. I talk about how to recognize this feeling and what to do about it. 🥈 Highlight Reel It’s easy to get caught up in what other people are doing. On the outside their life may look perfect but we never truly know what someone is dealing with inside. I touch on my experiences with how to let go and be in the moment. 🥉 Flip the Focus Sometimes you gotta bring it back to you and zone in on what you want out of life. I share some tips to help get out of a rut, either creatively or in your day to day life. Don't forget to DIG in the catalog.
