Ep 222: What Makes Me Matter

Ep 222: What Makes Me Matter

Start Your Transformation Now I go a few different directions in this episode. I talk about “Doing the work” in life and tie that into “What Makes Me Matter.” When we come to what makes us matter, we metaphorically set ourselves on fire, and life becomes amazing. Most of us fall short when it comes to doing the work and things that need to be done in life because nothing has set us on fire to do what is necessary to create the outcomes we desire. When I had my stroke after heart failure, it was a lot of “work” healing and getting back to great health, and I do mean a lot of work! But, I did all the work necessary because I know that I matter in life. What I do professionally matters, I matter, my life matters – I am a person who matters. Read on, I’ll explain. One of the obstacles to doing the work in life is that we hit resistance and we stop and this is exactly when we should push through and persevere. Resistance keeps us from everything we want in life! Resistance comes in the form of fears, overly analytical rationalizations and the environment we live in. And, until we cut through all this head garbage we’re not going to bust through resistance, and when we don’t do that, we almost never do the great things in our life that bring us the greatest joy. This episode is all about what matter you matter in life and a simple way to discover that. It’s the approach that I take and live from. Transformational Takeaway: It’s vital that we come into the knowing of “why we are here,” and when we do that, what makes us matter becomes clear. And then…life becomes extraordinary! Ep 311: Stop Trying To Manifest Backwards

Ep 311: Stop Trying To Manifest Backwards

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode, we dive into a compelling exploration of how we often attempt to manifest our desires and goals in reverse, leading to frustration and lack of progress. I share insights into the common struggles many face when trying to manifest prosperity, emphasizing that the issue often lies not in the lack of effort but in the approach. We explore how societal narratives, family legacies, and personal belief systems can create a cycle of scarcity and hinder our manifesting potential. The key to unlocking our manifesting abilities lies in shifting our focus from external actions to internal states. This episode challenges you to examine your underlying beliefs about abundance and reassess where your focus lies. Are you caught up in the hustle of doing, or are you cultivating a state of being that aligns with the abundance you seek? By delving into our own consciousness and aligning our thoughts with our desired outcomes, we can begin to manifest from a place of power and possibility. The conversation shifts to understanding that manifestation is less about doing and more about being. By changing our mindset from one of lack to one of possibility, we unlock our true potential to attract abundance. This shift involves recognizing that our thoughts about money, success, and what we believe we can achieve are foundational to manifesting the life we desire. Listen, apply, enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Trust the universe, manifest abundance effortlessly through positive intentions and gratitude, and believe in your creative power for the prosperity you deserve. Ep 310: Are You Spiritual Or Spirit-Like?

Ep 310: Are You Spiritual Or Spirit-Like?

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode, we dive into a compelling question: “Are you spiritual or merely spirit-like?” It's common for many of us to identify with spirituality, but it's crucial to distinguish between genuinely embodying this spiritual essence and simply aligning with spiritual concepts in theory. This discussion is inspired by the significant difference Wayne Dyer highlighted between professing a religious faith versus embodying the principles of that faith in everyday life. Drawing on the distinction between knowing the path of spirituality and walking it, this episode challenges us to examine our daily choices and behaviors. I share insights from my personal journey and the moments I've noticed a disconnect between my spiritual understanding and my daily actions. Are your life choices and behaviors a true reflection of your spiritual beliefs, or are they influenced more by the material world? This episode invites you to truly live your spirituality, allowing it to inform and shape every aspect of your existence. Listen, apply, enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Embrace authentic spirituality by aligning daily choices with your beliefs, and live a life shaped by spiritual principles. Ep 309: What Is The Original Meaning Of Life?

Ep 309: What Is The Original Meaning Of Life?

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode, we delve into the intriguing question: What is the original meaning of life? Unlike the more commonly posed question about life's meaning, we're searching for the essence that predates our personal interpretations and societal imprints. Through a simple exercise involving words with different connotations, I illustrate how personal and societal lenses color our perceptions. Whether it's a luxury car, a concept, or an ideology, the meanings we attach are deeply rooted in our personal history and societal conditioning. This realization leads us to a critical understanding: much of what we believe to be the intrinsic meaning of life and its components is actually a tapestry of inherited beliefs and interpretations. We often navigate life guided by these meanings, rarely stopping to question their origin or their truthfulness to our inner selves. Listen, apply, enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Rediscover the meanings you’ve assigned to different aspects of your life. Apply the power you have to shape your reality, to paint your canvas of life with your own unique colors of understanding, wisdom, and desire. Ep 308: What Do You Want In Your Life?

Ep 308: What Do You Want In Your Life?

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode, I explore the essential question that often stumps many of us… “What do I want in my life?” It's a question that seems simple yet is profoundly complex. Many of us can quickly articulate what we don't want, but when it comes to pinpointing exactly what we do want, the answer becomes elusive. This question isn't just about identifying material desires or goals; it's about understanding the deeper longing for experiences and the quality of life we yearn for. Throughout our conversation, I delve into the distinction between what we want in our lives versus what we want for our lives—two perspectives that might seem similar but lead to significantly different paths of introspection and outcomes. I share insights and personal anecdotes to illuminate why this differentiation matters and how it can lead to a more fulfilling life. The discussion also touches upon the hurdles that prevent us from recognizing and pursuing our desires. From societal conditioning that teaches us to limit our asks to the ingrained habits that keep us tethered to the familiar yet unfulfilling aspects of our lives, I examine the psychological and emotional barriers that hinder us. Listen, apply, enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Harness your divine energy to manifest a life rich in peace, joy, and love by deeply reflecting on the experiences you value, aligning your environment, behaviors, skills, beliefs, and identity accordingly. Ep 307: What And Where Is Your Mind?

Ep 307: What And Where Is Your Mind?

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode, we explore the fascinating difference between the mind and the brain. We challenge the common belief that our mind is limited to cognitive functions and decision-making. Instead, I introduce the idea that our mind extends beyond our brain, connecting us to a universal consciousness. We discuss how the brain acts as a translator, turning the vast potential of our mind into our everyday experiences. This episode encourages you to rethink where your thoughts come from and the true power behind your ability to heal and create. Sharing personal stories, including a life-changing experience after a stroke, I show how near-death experiences can reveal the mind's capacity to operate independently from our physical bodies, highlighting its connection to a greater, divine mind. This episode invites you to reconsider how you manifest, heal, and exist. Listen, apply, enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Understand and align with the divine mind and unlock endless possibilities for creativity, healing, and change… Mentioned Resources: Sign up for the 9-Day Get Unstuck Challenge Dying To Be Me: My Journey from Cancer, to Near Death, to True Healing by Anita Moorjani The Kybalion: A Study of The Hermetic Philosophy of Ancient Egypt and Greece Disclosure: Some of the links above are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, I will earn a small commission if you make a purchase. Ep 306: Set Yourself Free From Life

Ep 306: Set Yourself Free From Life

Start Your Transformation Now How often do we find ourselves ensnared by the very things we cling to for comfort and security? This episode peels back the layers of the false illusions we often find comfort in – our careers, relationships, and the societal roles we play. It challenges us to question the very fabric of our existence and what it means to live a life where we aren't imprisoned by external validations. I share stories from my own life, including lessons learned from facing heart failure and a stroke, to highlight the freedom that comes when we detach from the material and societal measures of success. These experiences have taught me that true liberation is found not in the accumulation of achievements, but in understanding and embracing the essence of our soul's journey. Join me as we explore how to navigate the illusions of life that bind us, aiming for a state of BEing that transcends the material and the mundane. We'll examine the traps of defining ourselves by our possessions, our jobs, and even our relationships, and how these attachments can lead to a life constrained by the very things we thought would free us. Listen, apply, enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Learn how to achieve true freedom through detachment from societal success measures. Ep 305: Transforming Your Illusion Of Security

Ep 305: Transforming Your Illusion Of Security

Start Your Transformation Now Do you find yourself clinging to the idea of security in life? This episode delves into the deep-seated beliefs we hold about security and its impact on our lives. Reflecting on personal experiences and the nature of security as an evolutionary vestige, we uncover how our pursuit of security is often based on outdated concepts. We also examine the four illusions of security, challenging the notion that it's something tangible and attainable. Instead, what we often chase as security is, in fact, an illusion deeply rooted in fear. Additionally, we discuss how the brain's desire for predictability often leads us to avoid taking risks, and how this limits our actions and life choices, stifling our potential and robbing us of the richness of new experiences. This episode invites you to reconsider what true security means. It emphasizes that the only real security we have is in knowing ourselves at a deeper level, beyond the superficial. By confronting our illusions of security and recognizing them for what they are, we can begin to live more authentically and free ourselves from the constraints of unfounded fears. Listen, apply, enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Transform your understanding of security and stray away from limiting beliefs.
