Laurence Tribe: Is the US system of government in peril?

Stephen Sackur speaks to Laurence Tribe, Professor of Constitutional Law at Harvard University. While hundreds of people have since been charged, none have been key associates of Donald Trump, and the former president seems to be contemplating another run for the White House while insisting, without evidence, that the 2020 election was stolen. Is partisanship on both sides eroding faith in American democracy?
