When the sun is shining and the market is growing property prices are going up and mortgages are ten a penny, everybody wants to be in property as they see it as a no brainer opportunity.

However, the reality is that deals are actually found where there is low competition and high margins and this normally takes place in a period of economic uncertainty.

Without a doubt, there's a window of opportunity in the market right now to go out there and do deals and it's been a long time since I've seen so many opportunities available on the open market.

In this podcast, I'm going to take you through the 15 top places that I'm seeing deals right now in a bid to encourage you to go out and do the same and provide direction on where you can find them.
