Ye’s Former Assistant Accuses Him of Drugging and Sexual Assault in Amended Lawsuit

Ye’s Former Assistant Accuses Him of Drugging and Sexual Assault in Amended Lawsuit

Kanye West, known in the music industry as Ye, is facing new allegations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her. Pisciotta, who previously sued the rapper for sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract, has filed an amended complaint in California, according to documents obtained by USA TODAY.

In the filing, Pisciotta accuses Ye of engaging in multiple instances of sexual misconduct, claiming that he "touched, groped, fondled, grabbed and forced himself in and on" her without her consent. She further asserts that these alleged incidents began even before her formal employment with Ye. Pisciotta recounts one such instance in which she says the rapper invited her to a studio session he co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs. During this event, Pisciotta alleges that she was given a drink laced with an unknown drug, which left her “heavily impaired.” According to her complaint, she awoke the following day with no memory of what had happened. Initially, Pisciotta says she did not suspect anything inappropriate occurred until years later, when Ye referenced the night, mentioning that they “hooked up.” This conversation led her to conclude she had been drugged and assaulted by him that evening.

A representative for Ye, in a previous statement to *Rolling Stone*, refuted the allegations, describing Pisciotta’s claims as “blackmail and extortion.” The statement claimed she was “terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary),” and engaging in “lascivious, unhinged conduct.” Ye's legal team further accused Pisciotta of attempting to use “sexual coercion” to extract money and material items from him.

The amended complaint goes on to describe an alleged incident in July 2021 while Pisciotta was on a work trip with Ye. According to Pisciotta, Ye showed up at her hotel room, claiming he needed to use her shower because his was not working. Once inside, she alleges, he dropped his towel and attempted to force himself on her. She says he pushed her onto the bed and attempted to “forcefully thrust his naked body” onto her, despite her visible distress and repeated pleas for him to stop. The complaint states, “(Pisciotta) was very clearly unwilling, non-consenting and visually upset at Kanye West a.k.a Ye for the battery, gender violence and sexual assault.”

Throughout her time working for Ye, Pisciotta alleges that she endured “constant” sexual harassment, noting that she had expressed her lack of interest in a relationship with him. The complaint claims she received numerous sexually explicit text messages from the rapper, which she has provided as evidence. Pisciotta states that this continued harassment, combined with the alleged assault, left her suffering from “severe anxiety, depression, and overwhelming PTSD.” According to her, Ye eventually fired her in 2022 as retaliation for her complaints and refusal to engage in sexual activities with him.

This lawsuit represents one of several legal challenges Ye currently faces. Just last week, a former employee, identified as “John Doe,” filed a lawsuit against the rapper, alleging infliction of emotional distress, labor code violations, and retaliation. Doe claims that Ye asked him to investigate his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, and hired private investigators to monitor his current spouse, Bianca Censori. The lawsuit further alleges that Ye threatened to kill Doe. Doe’s attorneys commented on his decision to remain anonymous, stating, “Our client is so fearful of Ye and his erratic, disturbing, and unpredictable behavior that he wishes to remain anonymous for his own safety.”

The allegations against Ye continue to grow as his former employees bring forward accusations of sexual assault, harassment, and violent threats, raising questions about the behavior of one of the music industry’s most controversial figures.

Diddy’s Lawyers Accuse Prosecutors of Spying on Jail Communications

Diddy’s Lawyers Accuse Prosecutors of Spying on Jail Communications

Sean "Diddy" Combs’ legal team has filed a new motion accusing federal prosecutors of spying on the music mogul during his detention at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn. Combs, who is facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, has been in custody since his September arrest. “The evidence shows the government is using Mr. Combs’ detention to spy on him and invade his confidential communications with his counsel,” the defense alleged in court filings obtained by PEOPLE. The motion highlights a recent jail sweep during which a federal investigator allegedly photographed Combs’ handwritten notes containing privileged information and shared them with prosecutors. The defense contends this action is an unconstitutional violation of Combs’ Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment rights. “This disturbing conduct is a blatant violation of Mr. Combs’ rights,” the filing reads. “Prosecutors say the search was motivated by security concerns at MDC, but that is a false pretext.” Combs' lawyers argue these actions compromise his ability to prepare for his trial, scheduled for May 2025. “Mr. Combs cannot possibly receive a fair trial if he is not permitted to confer privately and confidentially with his counsel and others working at their direction, and to take and keep notes of his trial preparation,” the defense added. Combs’ legal team further claims that the government and prison staff are engaging in “unfair and unconstitutional tactics” by closely monitoring all of his communications, including those with his attorneys. They argue that such restrictions are “unique to his case” and “not required of any other inmate” on his unit. To address these concerns, Diddy’s lawyers have requested access to a laptop for trial preparation. They criticized proposed restrictions on its use as having “no justification.” In November, the defense also accused the government of fueling “online conspiracy theories” through out-of-court statements from potential witnesses and their representatives, arguing that this undermines Combs’ ability to receive a fair trial. Despite ruling that evidence obtained from the jail sweep could not be used at a November bail hearing, Judge Arun Subramanian denied Combs bail for the third time. The judge cited a “serious risk of witness tampering” as the basis for his decision. As the trial date looms, Combs remains behind bars, with his lawyers continuing to push for better conditions to ensure his ability to mount an effective defense. The legal team maintains that the alleged actions of prosecutors and prison officials are obstructing justice. Diddy’s trial is set to begin in May 2025, with his defense calling for accountability and adherence to constitutional rights throughout the legal process. #DiddyTrial #LegalRights #FederalCase #SeanCombs #MusicMogul Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Does Diddy Fully Understand How Dark His Future Is?

Was Sean Diddy Combs always above the law, or did he just act like it? Rewind to 1999, where a shooting at a New York club left one of Diddy’s protégés, Shyne, taking the fall while Diddy walked free. Shyne spent 10 years in prison, emerging with ambitions for public service, but the case still haunts the timeline of Diddy’s career. Allegations, new evidence, and whispers of tampered witnesses—could it all resurface? What happens when a man who once ruled the charts faces claims that could lock him away for life? And why is he still sending cease-and-desist letters from behind bars? Is Diddy clinging to old power, or is he just out of touch with reality? #TrueCrime #Diddy #SeanCombs #Shyne #1999ClubShooting #JusticeSystem #CrimeAllegations Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE?
