Elliot Horowitz is the founder and Managing Member of H Equities LLC, a commercial real estate debt and equity investment platform with offices in Brooklyn, N.Y. and Allenhurst, N.J. To date, H Equities has made investments across the United States with a focus on the northeast and southeast regions, in a variety of asset classes although primarily in the multi-family and medical office space. Elliot’s experience in the real estate industry spans from being a broker, both on the commercial mortgage and investment sales side, to commercial real estate lender, in addition to being an owner/investor. During his career he has closed on commercial real estate acquisitions and loans with sophisticated real estate investors and partners, with an aggregate value of over $1,000,000,000. Elliot has experience sourcing investment opportunities, investing significant equity in numerous transactions, and conducting and overseeing the financial analysis, due diligence, underwriting, and deal structuring of potential debt and equity investments.
