On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, today is the 78th anniversary of liberating Auschwitz from the Nazis, which is why it’s no coincidence there was a shooting at a synagogue in Jerusalem by a Palestinian terrorist. Biden’s policy of sending tax dollars to Hamas is used to fund terror attacks like this, unlike President Trump who eliminated it. President Roosevelt limited the number of Jews who could come to the U.S while working with the media to cover up what was being done to Jews in Europe by the Nazis. Mankind can be evil beyond imagination, which is why all the talk and promotion of racism and hating America is something we need to fight. Also, we have a nation being crippled by debt while Congress passes a 1.7 trillion-dollar budget stuffed with liberal projects and programs. Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer never read the bill – they pulled staffers together to stitch a bill together with over 3000 earmarks, and specifically removed funding for the southern border. This is the Roman senate happening right before our eyes. Later, the footage of the police killing of Tyre Nichols is just horrific and crossed a line regardless of race, and we will see what happens to the officers. We don’t even know the full story yet, but on the film, we can see five grown men brutally beat someone to death. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the USA Today and other media outlets are lying about a Vice President's position on declassification. It is the President, not the Vice President, who holds the constitutional authority as commander in chief to classify or declassify documents. Biden has no argument to make, as Vice President, about his classified document scandal, and is instead saying he was in the dark about documents winding up at his house. We know for a fact that Biden did not have the authority to declassify the materials he took, and none of the legal analysts have pointed out that Biden stole the documents - they weren't misplaced and someone didn’t take them for him. The National Archives won't give the Republican majority in the House of Representatives anything, and the FBI will make them fight for every document - this is a corrupt administration. House Republicans need to jump into these documents now. Also, Democrats now want asylum for illegal immigrants as a right, and challenging that idea gets you labeled as a racist and replacement conspiracy theorist by people like Sen. Cory Booker. No country can survive the level of migration that we're seeing - over 5 million people in 2 years not even seeking asylum, but just to get into this country. We have handed the southern border over to the drug cartels, and people on both sides of the border are being hurt by it. What's happening right now can be stopped, but it cannot be reversed. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, it’s remarkable how different Kevin McCarthy is treated by the liberal media than Nancy Pelosi was and continue to give President Biden a pass. McCarthy is standing up to them in a way that we never saw John Boehner or Paul Ryan do. A slew of hardcore conservatives has been named to many House committees, while Eric Swalwell, Adam Schiff, and Ilhan Omar are being ousted from their committees. Also, Biden is a serial classified document hoarder since his days in the Senate, where he took documents out of the Senate SCIF and avoided detection. That is why it is ridiculous to take Bill Barr and legal analysts and others in the press at face value who are out to get Trump and want him thrown in jail for this. Barack Obama, Bush, Cheney, Gore, and Hillary are uncharacteristically quiet about Biden’s current classified document scandal because they know they have documents too. The National Archives has been politicized to the point of it being a joke, and Merrick Garland and his team of Castro-like Marxists have created a terrible precedent indicting Trump. Also, there is an attempt to smear Governor Ron DeSantis because he is taking on the College Board and their Marxist African American Studies course. Why is it that only one Republican Governor is standing up to the College Board and standing up for our children. Stanley Kurtz calls in to discuss the attack on Ron DeSantis for rejecting the College Board’s racist curriculum, who is now putting out a new curriculum in February because of the pushback. Later, the Biden administration is giving millions of dollars to nonprofit illegal immigrant groups to fight deportation. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, there is no question that the Joe Biden’s classified document scandal has been a coverup since the beginning and since there have been sporadic leaks and findings. The coverup occurred during and through the 2022 Midterm election thanks to Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray using the DOJ and FBI to sit on it. The espionage act was never intended to apply to a president, and it creates a horrific precedent – but Garland did it anyway against Donald Trump. Democrats in the media aren’t mentioning that a sitting president can’t be indicted, but they’re hoping Trump will be indicted as a former president. The entire legal and judicial system in this country needs change. Also, the man who sat at Nancy Pelosi’s desk was convicted of all 8 charges today At the same time Antifa attacks cities and assaults police but is not treated as an insurrection group. They’ve destroyed parts of DC, New York, Philadelphia, and Portland; actual domestic terrorists. How do we know if Biden is properly handling classified documents now as President? We are in the midst of a continuing cover-up. The Biden plan is delay, obstruct and counterattack. Then, USA Today wrote a phony fact check saying Biden had the power to declassify documents as Vice President. The president alone, not the VP, has the authority to classify and declassify at will solely because of his plenary power over the executive branch. Also, 16 high schools in Northern Virginia didn’t notify students of their national merit recognition because of CRT and DEI. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrat party is tight at the hip with the FBI and the Department of Justice, who has ignored a massive collection of evidence on the Biden crime family. In President Biden’s mind he has no fear of being charged with anything, which is the problem, because this has been a coverup since day 1. At the same time, Benjamin Netanyahu is hated by Israel’s leftist leaders because he is a conservative, so much that the Israeli Attorney General is abusing her power in considering him unfit to serve. She is close to requiring Netanyahu to take a leave of absence because of an ongoing criminal trial – this is an utterly tyrannical and out of control court system in Israel. As bad as our court can get, this is the worst court in the free world. Also, somehow the word equality has been replaced with the word equity under the Biden administration. Equality without liberty is tyranny and totalitarianism, which is exactly what the Biden administration is. You can’t have Critical Race Theory and also live in a colorblind society.
