Nancy Pitre, a massage therapist with 19 years of experience and a health coach for 7 years, has found immense value in the field of nutrition, believing it to have sustained her massage therapy career, focusing on the holistic connection of mind, body, and spirit.


In this episode Nancy shares how she overcame challenges on her journey to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist and how the right nutrition improved her health and helped her life take a turn for the better improving her anxiety and depression. Her results were so profound that she wanted to share what she had learned with others and decided to pursue a certification in holistic health coaching and also became a certified gut health coach.
