Stolen Package

If you think a delivery package has been stolen, here are some steps you can take:

Check the tracking information: Look up the tracking information for your package and see if it has been marked as delivered. If it has, check the delivery address to confirm that it was delivered to your address.
Ask your neighbors: Check with your neighbors to see if they received your package by mistake or if they saw anything suspicious.
Contact the delivery company: Contact the delivery company and let them know that you did not receive your package. They may be able to provide more information on the delivery or initiate an investigation.
File a police report: If you believe that the package was stolen, you may want to file a police report. Be sure to provide any evidence you have, such as security camera footage.
Contact the seller: If you purchased the item from a third-party seller, contact them and let them know that you did not receive the package. They may be able to help you with a replacement or refund.
Prevent future thefts: Consider installing a security camera or a smart doorbell, or requesting that the delivery company require a signature for future deliveries to ensure that the package is delivered to the correct person.
