Releasing the need to be perfect

Releasing the need to be perfect

Carol Look has a distinguished background in traditional psychotherapy, was trained as a Clinical Social Worker and earned her Doctoral Degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

This was before she became one of the only 29 EFT Masters in the world.

Carol is known for combining her background in traditional psychotherapy with "energy medicine" and she appears as a practitioner and energy therapy expert in the DVD documentary "The Tapping Solution" as well as in the documentary focusing on helping veterans suffering from PTSD, "Operation: Emotional Freedom."

She has extensive experience helping people overcome perfectionism and shares how to overcome social perfectionism once and for all.

QUOTE: ""This technique hands down has been the best thing for anxiety and has not let me down for 18 years."
