EP357 Infrastructure Bill Passed, New Bitcoin Tax Provision is Tyrannical

► Despite all efforts, the infrastructure bill has been passed with horrible Bitcoin tax reporting provisions. This provision will not take effect until Jan. 1, 2024. Till then there will be various Bitcoin lobbying efforts. The senate will now work on a second major spending bill to create an amendment. Although the “broker” definition is very broad, it does not automatically cover miners, node operators, developers, etc - treasury will now interpret this - this is the scary part.

► DeFi protocol bZx has been hacked for the FOURTH time… they are investigating an exploit of a private key leaked to Binance Smart Chain and Polygon deployment.

► Raoul Paul says the Bitcoin community made him uncomfortable, leading him to sell all his Bitcoin to join the ETH community where people say “good morning” and “good night.” As long as you pretend you like eachother I guess it doesn't matter if you get scammed!
