Sandra Birchmore, a vulnerable 23-year-old looking for guidance after the tragic loss of her parents and grandmother, thought she found safety in the arms of law enforcement. Instead, she allegedly became a victim of grooming, sexual assault, and murder at the hands of those who were meant to protect her, including officer Matthew Farwell and his brother William, both allegedly involved in her exploitation.
