And if a brand fails to act responsibly and respond positively to these seismic shifts, well they run the risk of being left behind. In the HR and recuiting space, companies are also increasingly mindful of their public face, the messages and implied promises that their employer brand makes to their communities. What does the company believe? What do they reward? What kinds of people like to work there? What does it mean to be 'one of them'? Employer brand is about all this and even more.
