Ep. 12 | Flo Mwashimba - Mombasa Farmers and Artisans Market - Cultivating Community through the pursuit of dreams

Flo Mwashimba is an impact entrepreneur who's very passionate about supporting #madeinafrica SMEs, Micro and Home industries led or managed by women, youth or PLWD. She founded Kigali Farmers and Artisans Market in Rwanda in 2017 and in April 2019 she launched the Mombasa Farmers and Artisans Market at Serena Beach.

The next market is June 8-9, 2019.

In this episode, Jenny and Flo talk about the evolution of the Mombasa Farmers and Artisans Market and the vision of transforming communities through connecting the farmer and artisan to the direct market. We also have a special guest, Rukia Din, Founder of SkinCare by RoZaNa who has been a big part of bringing this market to Mombasa and seeing out the vision of MBSFAAM. Take a listen and learn how to cultivate community through business, networking and the beauty of a farmers market.
