So Little Time: Episode 15 "The New Guy" (Part 3)

Today we jump back into 2002, and continue our rewatch of everyone's favorite Fox Family original sitcom, So Little Time. And we pick up right where we left off, on episode 15, "The New Guy."

Boy oh boy, have things changed. This was So Little Time's first episode back after a fall hiatus (and after Mary-Kate and Ashley filmed & released, Holiday in the Sun), and the show feels completely different. Characters have been added, some have been lost, there are new sets, the cold opens are meta now, and Mary-Kate's straight hair and Ashley's curly hair have combined into a curly-straight hybrid no one was ready for.

And frankly, we feel gaslit. So Becca and Lani spend the entire show this week talking about this one episode and all the changes we are puzzled by. We talk candidly (and perhaps controversially) about Mary-Kate and Ashley's iconic curly/straight hairstyle, speculate on why all these changes happened midseason of a show that had just started clicking, and dig into the nitty gritty of why this episode just doesn't work.

So get your decaf mocha, blueberry muffin, and make sure you sit in your seat you definitely sit at every morning (even though we watched 14 episodes of this show and we've never seen you sit there before!!) and enjoy-- because this show is in a coffee shop now!
