In this episode, we're dedicating time to anyone navigating challenging times amidst the craziness of a busy life. Whether you're going through heartbreak or your relationship isn't where you want it to be, and you're feeling stressed about that, this episode is for you. I want to offer practical tips to infuse a bit of self-care into your weekend.

Personal Inspiration: I was inspired to write this episode because self-care is something I struggle with. The past couple of years, it hasn't made it high enough on my list of priorities. The past couple of months have highlighted how much I've neglected taking care of my own needs.

Importance of Self-Care: Why is self-care so important? When you don't practice self-care, burnout can happen, relationships suffer, and your overall well-being is at risk. In this episode, we'll explore how to make self-care a priority, even when time is tight.

Making Self-Care a Priority: How can you incorporate self-care into your life when you simply don't have the time? The key is to make it a priority. Scheduling self-care, especially on Sundays, can be a guilt-free way to reset. Take a digital detox, switch off, and dedicate time to be present and relax.

Transforming Weekends: Start turning your weekends into something to look forward to by making them enjoyable. Anticipating positive experiences rather than dwelling on negatives can shift your mindset. Begin asking, "How can I make this time a priority for me and my well-being?"
