What do you mean learning from your Anxiety? All I know is that I want it gone. I know, we don't want anything to do with anxiety. We just want it gone. But we can learn so much from our anxiety. The short answer is...Exercise does not cause anxiety. Exercise will raise your heartbeat, which is normal. But if you fear anxiety symptoms such as palpitations, it can mimic these symptoms and cause fear in you and that will spark the panic.
