In the UK, the Samaritans are committed to helping you, however they can. If you don’t feel like there’s anyone you can talk to, Samaritans volunteers are there for you. Call free, day or night, on 116 123 or email jo@samaritans.org.

In the USA, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline understand that life's challenges can sometimes be difficult. Whether you're facing mental health struggles, emotional distress, alcohol or drug use concerns, or just need someone to talk to, caring counselors are there for you.

You are not alone.
