1: How to love yourself

In this episode, Rachel explores the way in which we can use Gary Chapman’s ideas around “Love Languages” to effectively offer love to ourselves. How can we extend love to ourselves in a way we can hear it? Sometimes the traditional ideas around self-care (bubble baths and quiet reading) is just not what we are drawn to – so here Rachel explores how we need to explore elements of all five love languages to able to properly keep ourselves ‘topped up’ and feeling good.
