And it's been called Israel’s 9/11 - one year ago Hamas terrorists invaded Israel, killing 1200 including 46 Americans dead, and triggering the war in Gaza. Now on this somber anniversary the world remembers. Plus, the Menendez brothers are back in the news with the Netflix series, a hit - even leading the Los Angeles D.A. to say he's taking another look at the case. now one of the original jurors is speaking out saying if the brothers went on trial today for murdering their parents, the outcome would have been different. And while Sean Diddy Combs sits in jail awaiting his sex trafficking and racketeering trial, he's getting some support from his own mother, who calls what's happened a public lynching. Garth Brooks is denying allegations he sexually assaulted a makeup artist who worked for him and his wife Trisha Yearwood. The indictments were revealed today, just hours after a pre-dawn raid on the mayor's mansion. Adams says he’s done nothing wrong and will fight the charges. Les Trent has more on the chaos in New York City. Plus, she's a 79-year-old grandmother who broke her leg while hiking, leaving her stranded miles up a mountain. But as luck would have it, a U.S. Airman heard her cries and carried the grandma down the mountain on his back! And a man was swimming off a San Diego beach when he was attacked by a sea lion!
