Now, he's speaking exclusively with Inside Edition. And a 26-year-old California man is in custody today after being arrested just outside the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh early this morning. Police say he was planning to kill the justice and then turn his gun on himself. Jim Moret has more on the situation. Plus, another attack on the commuter rails...this time in Chicago where a man was pushed onto the tracks and hit the dangerous electrified third rail. But an incredibly brave bystander rushed to save him and he's alive thanks to that heroic act.
