It was a mystery that made headlines coast to coast nearly a decade ago. How did a dead bear cub end up in New York's Central Park? Well, the mystery is solved and the culprit is non-other than presidential hopeful Robert Kennedy Jr. He admits he and some friends dumped the bear and then staged the scene to make it look like it was hit by a bicycle. And in what may very well be her final Olympics routine ever, Simone Biles took home a silver medal today in the women’s floor exercise final. Perhaps it was distractions from the crowd that stopped her from winning another gold, at one point she was seen complaining to the crowd they were shushing so loud it was throwing her off. Plus, she's the teacher who was found dead on her kitchen floor with 20 stab wounds. It’s been ruled a suicide, but her parents don't buy it. For more than a decade they've been on a mission to get the case reopened...and today they are smiling. Ann Mercogliano tells us why. And when you go into politics you have to be ready for every piece of dirty laundry from your past to resurface...and that's the case for Kamala Harris' husband, Doug Emhoff. He's admitting there were tough times in his first marriage - after a report claimed he cheated on his first wife with his daughter's teacher. Violent crime rates are up in many cities across America during the pandemic. With people adhering to CDC guidelines and not traveling home for Thanksgiving, an estimated 80 million Americans are cooking their own turkeys for the first time…but don’t panic – we have a celebrity chef on hand to help. Inside Edition reports… CDC warns not to travel for Thanksgiving…but if you do…it will be even more challenging at the airport. The National Guard is being put in place to help stop the spread of Covid-19.  From the substance, to the absurd: people are still talking about Rudy Guiliani’s meltdown at a press conference Thursday…with plenty of speculation about ‘why’ what appeared to be hair dye started streaming down his face. Are home Covid-19 tests as accurate as ones given by a health professional? Inside Edition puts a couple of them to the test.  And, one side effect of the pandemic is more people are turning to online dating. But after what one woman says happened to her, they might think twice about that.  To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. With 50 million Americans expected to travel during Thanksgiving, the CDC is now saying stay home. It’s bound to add more stress to the holiday that already has people flip flopping…inviting and then canceling on friends and family members as they struggle to keep gatherings as small as possible. The president’s attorney Rudy Giuliani held a press conference today sticking to his unfound claims that there was massive voter fraud during the election. But there’s a good chance people had trouble focusing on what he was saying…thanks to something black dripping down both sides of his face. It’s a big deal every year when a giant tree is moved to Rockefeller Center for Christmas. And, this year’s tree had a little stowaway who’s now become a social media sensation.  To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices.
