That's former President Trump arriving in New York ahead of his arraignment tomorrow on multiple charges recommended by a grand jury. The unprecedented indictment of a former president is accompanied by incredible security. Mr. Trump has said he'll speak publicly tomorrow evening from Palm Beach about the indictment. As a killer storm was bearing down, she was capturing the moment on her phone through a window. Then the winds began to suck her out. Luckily for her, her husband was there to hang on for dear life. And, it's been exactly one week since six people were killed at the Covenant school by an armed former student. It's the nation's most recent school shooting. Still no official motive in the case of the 28-year-old who killed six people at the Christian school she once attended in Nashville. But one theory holds that she had targeted the church's lead pastor who may have been counseling her. He wasn't there at the time - but his nine-year-old daughter was and became one of the victims. And she's a student pilot who got quite the scare when she was flying and an experienced pilot on the ground noticed a piece of her landing gear had fallen off. He alerted the tower...and the student pilot who just happened to have the same name as his daughter. As Les Trent reports, he guided her safely to the ground. Plus, an angry crowd protested outside a hospital...seeking justice for a 19-year-old patient who's fighting for his life. His parents say he was forced, by other teens, to guzzle vodka, be tied to a chair, and have unspeakable things done to him after he passed out. What some are calling “hazing”…others say is simply “torture.” And they say it’s hard to find good help. But not in a million years did the family that hired a young woman as a caregiver think they would later accuse her of being a squatter. All of America is feeling the trauma of yet another deadly school shooting - this time in Nashville. Megan Alexander is in Nashville with a moment-by-moment account of how the take down of the shooter happened. And we may never know why this happened…but we know who did it. A 28-year-old who went to the Covenant School as a little girl. She became an artist, recently came out as transgender...and for some reason, carefully planned a deadly shooting. The pastor's daughter, her two classmates, the principal, the custodian and a substitute teacher were all victims of the latest senseless school shooting in America. Three were nine-year-old children - which is prompting parents across the country to post photos of their own little ones with the hashtag "this is nine years old." And the man who's become a hero to anyone who's had to deal with squatters on their property. “Our children deserve better,” was the reaction from First Lady Jill Biden and countless others to news of a mass shooting at a private Christian elementary school in Nashville. Three children and three adults are now dead. And so is the shooter, who according to authorities was a 28-year-old woman and a former student. And, Gwyneth Paltrow had her say. Now it’s the retired optometrist's turn. Terry Sanderson took the stand today recounting his version of the ski collision at the center of competing lawsuits. And no surprise, he completely contradicts what Ms. Paltrow said. Plus, he's starred in Creed 3 and the latest Marvel movie. However, over the weekend actor Jonathan Majors was charged with assault, after a 30-year-old woman told cops he attacked her. As Les Trent reports, a lawyer for Majors says he's “innocent,” that he “did not assault” the woman and claims that the woman had recanted her accusation and that video evidence and witnesses support his account. And, it's the moment a TV meteorologist realizes the killer storm he's been tracking is barreling down on a populated area. And all he can do while on the air is pray that God will protect them. People in the small Mississippi town say the urgency in his voice helped saved lives.
