A Journey from Investment Operations to Human Relations: Meet Jason L. Jeffries

Jason L. Jeffries currently serves as Senior Vice President in the Enterprise Technology Strategic Services group within Truist Financial Corporation, formerly known as Suntrust. He is responsible for designing the Technology workforce strategy for technology teammates and contingent workers. Prior to this role, he's held several leadership positions including leading technology governance practices and collateral management practices for the corporate investment bank.

Jason also serves as the Communications and Engagement lead within the Generations Business Resource Groups' Enterprise Committee where he focuses on launching diverse programing aimed at shifting organizational culture and equipping teammates with tools for deepening relationships across the generations.

He earned a B.B.A. in Finance and an M.A. in Economics from Western Illinois University. Additionally, he holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
