#014: Splinter No More (S02E09 1987)

TMNT Shellcast keeps chugging along with its review of "Splinter No More" from season 2 episode 9 of the original 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles television series. In this episode, Donatello temporarily transforms Splinter back into Hamato Yoshi before he foils Shredder's attempt to open a Dimension X portal by using a magic spell.

Chris introduces a new segment, Channel 6 Breaking News (00:01:27), to highlight the new Mutant Mayhem movie trailer before chowing down on his all sauce Pizza Time! punishment (00:09:03). Andrew and Jon compete miserably in a spelling bee edition of Player Select (00:27:44). The introduction of the neuroscrambler inspires another Turtle Tech segment (00:50:04) before the guys recite character catchphrases during Turtlisms (01:01:07) and contemplate where the Tentacle Monster lands in the Villain Power Ranking (01:03:30). Jon loses the inaugural Twitter Poll (01:07:22) and is punished by spinning the Pizza Time! wheel (01:07:09), where he does his best Babe Ruth impression to call his shot while seeking revenge against Doherty High (01:11:04).
