#021: Attack of the 50-Foot Irma (S03E03 1987)

TMNT Shellcast is back to recap "Attack of the 50-Foot Irma" from season 3 episode 3 of the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. In the episode, Shredder steals a meteorite so Krang can crystallize a rare isotope for an experimental growth serum. Irma is accidentally exposed to the serum and becomes a giant. The Turtles must stop her from causing destruction in the city and find a way to reverse the effects of the serum.

Chris returns to the Pizza Time! hot seat (00:03:12) to eat the worst pizza of his life (00:06:12) before Andrew premiers the new TMNT Shellcast stickers during Channel 6 Breaking News (00:12:48). Andrew surprises Jon and Chris with the Reptile Draft of the Periodic Table (00:30:44) before initiating the episode recap nearly one-hour into the show (00:59:18). The Twitter Poll Results (01:50:45) spare Chris by sending Jon to spin his fate on the Pizza Time! wheel (01:53:51). Chris tackles Turtlisms (01:58:13), Jon updates everyone on the Shellcast Sportsbook (02:01:01), and Krang reclaims #1 on the Villain Power Ranking (02:03:00), despite Andrew's objection. Jon ends the episode with this week's Twitter Poll Question: "What color would you eliminate?" (02:16:56).
