Hello and Welcome! I’m really grateful you’re here right now. Today, I have two very special meditations that I wanted to share with you. Here in the U.S. this is a pretty significant day, our new President Trump is being inaugurated into office, and that can bring up a lot of stuff for all of us. So, one of our meditations here today is if you are feeling very hopeful and very excited about this day and the day’s ahead and the other meditation that’s here is if you’re feeling hopeless and sad. I have no political agenda, other than to give you a meditation that can help you deal with the emotions that are coming up for you right now and ultimately stay in the present moment and connected to you.
