This week, Andy welcomes guest Gloria Song to The Talent Development Hot Seat podcast. She is a certified coach, facilitator, and organizational development consultant. Gloria works on her own, but she was formerly an L&D professional for multiple organizations, including Microsoft and Autodesk. She held multiple positions in HR and customer success, creating and facilitating empowering learning and change management programs.

As the founder of Co-change Lab, Gloria is on a mission to help people and organizations create positive changes that they envision for themselves. She is a certified coach and a facilitator of workshops including the Own Your Career training program that Andy created from his book.
