First up, Eoin is joined by race director of the Waterville Trail Running Festival Simon Kelly, who brings us the latest trail and mountain running race news from home and abroad, including, lots of exciting REAL races about to kick off and some amazing solo runs taking place in Wicklow and Kerry.

  • Her subsequent injury nightmare which forced her to leave the roads behind
  • Her comeback journey and how and why she fell in love with the Mountains
  • Some great tips on how she stays strong and can regularly knock out 30 mile training runs!
