332. The 5-Step Formula for Regaining Control of Your Week

332. The 5-Step Formula for Regaining Control of Your Week

Many leaders struggle every day with oppressive workloads and long hours. We all have busy periods – it comes with the territory – but if this pattern persists for more than a few months, that’s not just a busy period… that’s the way you live!

To regain control of your time, you need to fundamentally shift the way you think about your leadership role. Over the course of many years, I was able to develop what eventually became my No Bullsh!t Leader’s Time Mastery System.

Long before it had the catchy name, I used these principles to make sure I was being as effective as I could possibly be… to lead my team to achieve the best possible results… and still make it home every night in time to eat dinner with my family!

In this episode, I lay out the principles behind this powerful system. In only 15 minutes, you’ll know everything you need to in order to get control of your calendar, and reclaim at least three hours in your week.
