011 Letting Go to Discover What is Essential: Elizabeth's Story

Seven years ago, Elizabeth Barbush let go of her conventional job, familiar home and neighborhood, and many of her personal belongings. She embarked on a journey of self-discovery where she intuitively follows 'the call' to determine each next step.

In our interview, we talk about her process of letting go and her personal inner navigation system. We also dive into how we find security and stability in our belongings. Through her exploration of 'The Four Walls', as a good friend calls them, Elizabeth continually discerns what she deems essential in her life.

The Four Walls:

  • Food
  • Housing + The things that go into making a home
  • Clothing
  • Work

Elizabeth offers written intuitive readings and daily dose writings as tools of guidance for those on the path of self-awareness. She is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she is deepening her love for landscape, simple living, and cultural preservation.

I learned so much from my interview with Elizabeth. Already, I am reconsidering what I deem essential and what is a luxury.

What did you discover about yourself during today's explorations? I can't wait to hear! Email your thoughts to michael@letspurify.energy.

You can also schedule a Clarify to Purify Interview & Planning Session with me if you want to dive deeper!

Until next time, my friend ~ keep on purifying! :)
