043 How To Keep On Purifying During The August Podcast Pause

The Let's Purify! Podcast will be on pause for the month of August. This gives me a chance to replenish creatively; it gives you a chance to catch up on past episodes!

While you're listening to those episodes, I encourage you to keep on Purifying. Here are some ways you can do just that:

Purify a micro area (For inspiration, listen to episode 35: When A 'Micro Area' Becomes Massively Aggravating (And How to Shift It!) and episode 6: The Power of Starting Small: Mary Jane's Story.)
Find something in your home to toss or recycle (If you experience guilt when throwing things away, check out episode 36: The Good News About Landfill Guilt.)
Pick a number (like 2 or 5) and mindfully select that number of items in your home to donate

These simple actions will help you reignite the flow of your Purification process – or get it fired up for the first time!
