Recruiting and Training Volunteers During Covid

Recruiting and training volunteers has always been a challenging proposition for ministry leaders. Whether it is student ministry, Children’s ministry or hospitality, it can hard. Throw in a pandemic and it can become even more challenging.
So how can you recruit and train volunteers during Covid? To discuss this with me is Steve Cullum. Steve has been on the podcast before discussing how he is using games (especially online games) right now in his ministry. Steve has been doing a great job with this and it can be very encouraging for us all so we discuss this in this episode.
