WEALTHY FLORIDA REALTOR-BROTHERS' RAPE 'TROPHIES' REVEALED, NOW COURTROOM WIN

WEALTHY FLORIDA REALTOR-BROTHERS' RAPE 'TROPHIES' REVEALED, NOW COURTROOM WIN

A court has dismissed one of the original cases against the Alexander brothers, who are accused of multiple sexual assaults. Angelica Parker alleged that the brothers assaulted her and a friend after giving them ecstasy without their knowledge.

A federal judge dismissed the case, ruling it was not filed within the time frame set by a New York state survivors' law. The law allowed claims to be filed from November 2022 to November 2023, but Parker's suit was filed in June 2024. She has until February 14 to file an amended complaint.

The Alexander brothers are accused of using their wealth and influence to create opportunities to sexually assault women. More than 40 women have come forward with allegations, and investigators are urging others who believe they were assaulted to contact authorities. Attorneys for the brothers say they plan to plead not guilty. If convicted, they face life in prison.

The three brothers—twins Oren and Alon Alexander and their older brother Tal—come from a high-profile real estate background. Tal and Oren brokered a $47 million deal for their father in 2012 and a $240 million Manhattan condo sale in 2019. Alon attended law school before joining the family's private security company, Kent Security.

Each brother has been accused of forcible rape by at least 10 women. All three are indicted on federal sex trafficking charges, while Oren and Alon also face sexual battery charges in Florida. The Alexanders have denied the allegations in civil cases, with their representatives suggesting the accusers are attempting to extort them.

Court documents detail accounts from alleged victims. "Victim-1" claims she was raped by Tal Alexander and other men in 2021 at a home in the Hamptons. She says she felt unwell after drinking a glass of wine, then recalled Tal holding her down as another man entered the room. She later woke up in a separate room, where a camcorder was set up.

Another alleged victim, referred to as "Victim-2," told investigators that Oren raped her. She says Oren gave her a cocktail, after which she felt strange and struggled to walk. Alon then took her to a bedroom to lie down. She recalls waking up to find Oren in the room. He allegedly pulled down her bathing suit and raped her while she was "physically impaired and could not move."

CLOSING IN: REPORTS D4VD FINALLY VIEWED AS SUSPECT, TEEN CELESTE'S BODY IN TRUNK, HAD 'HELP' DISMEMBERING

Shocking information uncovered by the LAPD has the investigation spotlight finally pointing on David Anthony Burke. Investigators have developed new information leading to the belief that Celeste likely died in the spring of this year, and the death is being tentatively treated as a possible homicide, but officials are waiting on an official cause of death from the medical examiner. The LAPD has been working on a timeline of activity for Celeste Rivas Hernandez and Burke, and an insider with the police investigation says they have been able to determine that in the spring of this year, Burke took a secret trip in the middle of the night to a remote area of Santa Barbara County. Burke remains in the area for several hours. As Burke becomes a suspect in the possible homicide of a child, police say it is likely Burke had help in dismembering and disposing of Celeste’s body. Burke still has not made a public announcement about Celeste being found in his car, and after initially saying Burke was cooperating with the investigation, the singer has not been cooperative during the last two months. KOHBERGER CONTESTING PLEA DEAL? CAN CASE GO TO TRIAL? LIFETIME 'IDAHO 4 MOVIE' OUTRAGE

KOHBERGER CONTESTING PLEA DEAL? CAN CASE GO TO TRIAL? LIFETIME 'IDAHO 4 MOVIE' OUTRAGE

Steve and Kristi Goncalves join Nancy Grace to share their heartfelt feelings of the recent controversial "Lifetime" movie depicting the brutal murders of their daughter Kaylee, along with three other Idaho college friends. They also touch on their journey of grief and the justice system. On the third anniversary of the Moscow Murders, Judge Hippler rules Kohberger has to pay additional restitution to the families of Kaylee and Maddie of about $3,000, the cost of the urns now holding the remains of the best friends. Kohberger argued he didn't have the money to pay the restitution because he is in prison for the rest of his life. The judge tosses that notion stating Kohberger received nearly $30,000 in county jails while awaiting trial, most of it coming from his family. Hippler also points out Kohberger is a young man who can earn money through prison employment. Kohberger will "receive sufficient amounts over his life to at least come close to meeting his financial restitution obligations. The compensation ruling for the Goncalves and Mogen families is in addition to the nearly $300,000 Kohberger is already ordered to pay the families. However, in a shocking announcement from the bench, Hippler says Kohberger can legally make money from selling his story, saying the Idaho law "leaves open the potential for Defendant to receive money from media contracts in the future" and such earnings will not be accessible to victims for restitution payments. BOMBSHELL: EPSTEIN FILES TO BE RELEASED, JUSTICE OR SMOKESCREEN?

BOMBSHELL: EPSTEIN FILES TO BE RELEASED, JUSTICE OR SMOKESCREEN?

The House Oversight Committee releases more than 20,000 documents subpoenaed fromEpstein’s estate, on the heels of a smaller release of emails implying President Trump knewabout Epstein’s abuse. The documents include thousands of emails with high-profile contacts, financial and property records, excerpts from James Patterson’s Filthy Rich, and records of Epstein’s ‘fixers’ desperate attempts to improve his public image. Republican congressman Thomas Massie implies Donald Trump's ordering of a fresh investigation is making a “last-ditch effort” to keep the files on the late sex offender from becoming public. President Trump’s ‘Ghislaine Maxwell problem’ is just as serious as his ‘Epstein problem.’Maxwell’s transfer to ‘Club Fed’ just days after assuring Deputy Attorney General BlancheTrump did not participate in the abuse; it appears to be quite the ‘quid pro quo.’ In addition to the low-security facility’s general privileges, Maxwell is reportedly demanding VIP treatment that has the warden complaining she’s “tired of being Maxwell’s bitch.” Maxwell reportedly receives custom meals in her cell and enjoys private exercise time and accessto service puppies. Warden Tanisha Hall has been ordered to make all requestedaccommodations for Maxwell, including carrying out secretarial duties on her behalf, providingsnacks for her private meetings with guests, letting her visitors bring in computers, andpunishing staff members who refuse to cooperate. And Attorney Alan Dershowitz joins Nancy to discuss the latest developments in the Epstein Files and share his unique insight into the case. The emeritus Harvard Law professor was accused of having sex with “Jane Doe #3”—identified in court documents as Epstein victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre. Dershowitz long maintained his innocence, and in 2022 Giuffre withdrew those accusations and admitted she may have misidentified Dershowitz. He tells Nancy why he wants "everything out there" in the Epstein case.
