Inside the cabin, passengers strapped in with their seatbelts, were left dangling. Incredibly, there were no fatalities. And, it is now believed Elon Musk has 13 children with four women. After keeping her pregnancy secret, a 26-year-old conservative influencer announced Musk fathered her five-month-old child before, she says, tabloid media announced it. Lots of reaction today to that jaw-dropping CNN Town Hall with Donald Trump. It appeared the audience was filled with supporters of the former president…and they cheered his defense of the January 6th rioters and laughed as he mocked E. Jean Carroll, the woman who successfully sued him for sexual assault and defamation. His comments were so inflammatory, Carroll's lawyer says she's seriously considering filing a new lawsuit against the former president. And it's been 18 years since Natalee Holloway disappeared during a high school graduation trip in Aruba. The 18-year-old's body was never found. A prime suspect in her disappearance was Joran van der Sloot - Although he was never charged. Now, as Jim Moret reports, van der Sloot may be extradited to the United States on charges of extortion and wire fraud. Plus, Beyonce kicked off her Renaissance world tour last night in Sweden...but fans noticed her usually high energy dance moves were toned down a bit. There's speculation she's recovering from foot surgery. So what happened? And did a disagreement about buying a house lead to the death of the man who's widow later wrote a book on grief? We've learned more about the case that led to a children's book author being charged with the murder of her husband. As Ann Mercogliano reports, investigators allege she wanted to buy a pricey house…and he was refusing. The woman who successfully sued former President Donald Trump for sexual abuse and defamation was up early today. E. Jean Carroll made the rounds on morning TV today...saying she feels vindicated after years of Trump defaming her. All this comes as Trump prepares to take the stage tonight at a CNN Town Hall event. And two weeks after Tucker Carlson was fired by Fox News…he's announced he's taking his program to Twitter. However, a tweet by Twitter boss Elon Musk seems to be saying…not so fast. Plus, yesterday we told you about the children's book author who wrote about her grief after losing her husband. She's now charged with his murder and no one was more shocked by it all than this woman. She was a co-worker of the writer and even suggested the couple date. She tells Jim Moret she is literally sick over what's happened. And she's the teacher who was shot by one of her six-year-old students. Now, the mother of the first grader who pulled the trigger is speaking out. We're back in New York after a whirlwind few days in London for King Charles Coronation culminating in last night's blowout concert where Katy Perry brought the house down. But even the stars on the stage couldn't outshine the little royals in the audience who clearly know all the words to Katy Perry's songs! And, if you've lost count of how many mass shootings have happened so far this year, you're not alone. It's a sad commentary in today's times. The latest shooting came this weekend at an outlet mall in Allen, Texas where a gunman, clad in body armor, opened fire with an automatic rifle on shoppers. Eight were killed along with the gunman by a cop who just happened to be there. As Jim Moret reports, the gunman was wearing a patch that symbolizes a right-wing death squad. Plus, according to reports, a grand jury may be meeting today to decide if any charges will be brought in connection with that death on a New York City subway. Meantime a group upset about the killing of a subway performer by a Marine veteran decided to assemble 'on' the subway tracks themselves … a move officials called dangerous and reckless. The Marine veteran claims he was acting defense of himself and other passengers. Les Trent has details, and we warn you this story contains upsetting video. And, closing arguments today in the civil rape trial against former President Donald Trump with E. Jean Carroll's attorney saying she was 'exactly his type.' Although, the judge gave Trump until 5pm yesterday to say he would testify, the deadline passed with no word from the former president. It’s a warning to all women to be on guard. Ann Mercogliano has more on how to stay safe. Plus, food delivery services boomed during the pandemic - 60% of Americans say they get a meal delivered at least once a week - but did your food delivery really come from the place from which you think you ordered it? As Les Trent reports, it may have come from a ghost kitchen. And when King Charles is crowned at Westminster Abbey, it will be the continuation of a tradition that began with William the Conqueror in 1066; and there is one tradition that is meant for everyone to share. Inside Edition reports on the video that’s causing a huge uproar across America...a white Marine putting a Black man in a chokehold resulting in his death. The Marine claims the man was threatening other passengers - but is that really a justification? And the last witnesses in the civil rape trial against Donald Trump have been heard from…with the former president's attorney saying their side will not call anyone to testify on Trump's behalf. But Trump himself just dropped a bombshell - saying that he will testify in his own defense. Plus, Princess Leia herself, Carrie Fisher, is posthumously receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, accepted by her daughter, actress Billie Lourd. However, Fisher's siblings say they were snubbed from the ceremony. Jim Moret with more on the behind-the-scenes family feud. And it was a bizarre and shocking crime - a woman dressed as a clown shows up at her alleged love rival's home and shoots the woman dead. Now, three decades later that shooter has pled guilty to second degree murder in a deal which could see her set free a lot earlier than anyone thought.    To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices.
