The bible says godliness plus contentment is great gain, but what does that truly mean for a season riddled with struggle? Many are disappointed with the impact of covid, life, work, finances, family, politics, etc.. The list of things to be upset with seems never-ending. How do we access true contentment? How do we shift our minds and environment to live in fulfillment? It is easy to get frustrated at all we do not have or haven't accomplished? If we are motivated by goals, it is even easier to find lack instead of being grateful. God does not want us to live in the tension of always needing and wanting more. There is a better way filled with the "JOY" that can only come from the Lord.

In every season, we must hold fast to gratefulness. We must keep our eyes focused on Jesus as we remember, this is not the end of the journey. We continue to press forward but we cannot forget to celebrate all the victories we experience along the way.
