The Tom Petty Project9 Feb 2022

Gwen Jones

Welcome to the fourteenth and final episode of Season Two of the Tom Petty Project Podcast. Today’s episode is another interview slash conversation episode and I’m joined today by the extremely lovely and entertaining Gwen Jones. I managed to convince Gwen to jump on a Zoom call with me to discuss her love of Tom’s music and it wasn’t long before we were chatting like old friends. This episode will also be available on YouTube if you'd like to check that out. There's a special giveaway announcement too, so watch out for that around mid way through the episode and again at the end.

If you're on Facebook, please join the excelllent TOM PETTY FANS FOREVER group that Gwen started. I'll be announcing the details of the giveaway on that page at 7EST on the day this is released.

If you want to hear the live version of Route 66 that Gwen talks about, check that out here: https://youtu.be/rADlTpYjG8c. If you want to listen to Rod Stewart's version of Leave Virginia Alone, you can find that one here: https://youtu.be/pY_WBZ5unC8

All music, including the theme song, provided by my very best friend Randy Woods. Check him out at https://www.randywoodsband.com

A special thanks to Paul Zollo. Without his book, "Conversations with Tom Petty", this podcast wouldn't be nearly as much fun to research.
