In today`s episode, I am joined by David "Hydra" Kyriacou from London. He was raised in the East side of London growing up around violence and gangs. He was working as a doorman for 10 years in and around the biggest venues around in London, and based on this he created his own self protection method called Hydra Combatives.

032: Bruno Bastos - Beyond Jiu Jitsu

I had a great time sitting down with my friend, Bruno Bastos, after finally been able to make the appointment for an interview. I met Bruno on my first ever seminar in Jiu Jitsu on a family holiday the summer of 2019 and I was left amazed with how much knowledge beyond Jiu Jitsu that Bruno had. He made an impact and inspired me, and I even learned more and got more inspired by talking with him.
